Explore the scope of each stage
  1. Find savings

    The Money Map

Start with a free SpendVue assessment of twelve months of Accounts Payable reports and review the findings with GreenStreet. If you choose to proceed, sign the Master Services Agreement and pay the $5,000 advance. The full AssetMax audit then reviews utilities, building systems and insurance.

  2. Monetize Savings

Act on approved expense-review findings, including billing corrections, recoveries and supplier or contract changes. Confirm the evidence, client approvals and operating requirements, then document the savings secured.

  3. Plan Improvements

Use audit findings and available property information to create an AI-generated building upgrade plan for review with the property team and relevant specialists. Evaluate proposed measures, costs, dependencies and priorities before agreeing a project scope. Technical design and implementation decisions require the appropriate specialist review.

  4. Secure Funding

    The Capital Unlock

Assess project economics, capital requirements and available financing with the property team. Funding is subject to eligibility, provider approval and agreed terms; an audit or upgrade plan does not itself secure financing.

  5. Implement Improvements

    The Performance Stack

Agree the improvement scope, suppliers, responsibilities and sequencing. GreenStreet coordinates specialist delivery with the property team. Document implementation dates and verify performance against the agreed baseline under the applicable savings arrangements.

  6. Capture Green Incentives

Identify applicable tax savings and utility incentives, confirm eligibility and coordinate the required records, applications and specialist advice. Incentive amounts, availability and approval depend on the property, program and relevant provider or authority.
