Information you provide
The public inquiry form collects your name, email, company and the property context you choose to provide. Role, phone and message are optional. Please do not include Accounts Payable reports, insurance policies or other confidential financial records.
How inquiries are used
Inquiries are received in a private administrator inbox for GreenStreet’s response and operational follow-up. Audit inquiries are intended for Robert Politzer. CRM delivery and notifications use GoHighLevel when that connection is configured; submitted details remain recoverable while delivery is pending.
Local delivery retention
The website’s private delivery queue schedules undelivered inquiries for deletion after thirty days and delivered copies after seven days. Deletion runs through the daily recovery job. CRM records, when enabled, are managed separately by GreenStreet. Verified scheduling events are scheduled for deletion after ninety days. Contact GreenStreet with requests concerning your information.
Resources and marketing
The sample report and executive brief are ungated. Preparation workbook requests collect an email address, the selected resource and edition, and a separate optional marketing choice. Workbook answers stay in your saved PDF and are not uploaded. Optional email delivery appears only when connected. Requesting a workbook does not itself subscribe you to marketing. The inquiry form’s separate marketing choice is unchecked by default.
Presentation registration and application
The presentation uses GreenStreet’s existing GoHighLevel registration form and application survey. Submitted information is processed in GoHighLevel under their displayed permissions and existing follow-up settings. The registration workflow includes SMS, email follow-up and a Meta conversion action. The video is supplied by Wistia. Playback progress may be stored in this browser to resume viewing. The application is available immediately; watching the presentation is optional. Registration or an application does not accept an AssetMax engagement.
Analytics and scheduling
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you allow optional analytics. Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings; website form content is masked. Admin and private client routes are excluded. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences. Google Analytics page-view URLs omit query strings and fragments. Names, emails, phone numbers and free-text messages are not sent as analytics events. Robert’s live calendar is provided by Calendly, which processes information supplied during booking.
Browser preferences and private engagements
Analytics preferences and consented campaign attribution may be retained in browser storage. Private engagement links, when issued by GreenStreet, identify the client and property and record the selected agreement version, electronic signature, role, time and a request fingerprint. Agreements and payment references are retained in the private engagement system for operational records. Payments offered through these links are processed by Stripe; the website does not collect card or bank credentials. AP reports are submitted separately by email using the instructions agreed with GreenStreet. Contact GreenStreet with requests concerning these records.
