Compare cost and coverage together
Insurance decisions depend on the protection purchased and the risks covered. A specialist review evaluates premiums alongside coverage, limits and property information so your team can assess the full commercial picture.
Make the comparison explicit
GreenStreet coordinates the later-stage review with an insurance brokerage specialist. Compare the protection, conditions and premium before deciding whether a change is appropriate.

Before you decide
Is GreenStreet the insurance provider?
GreenStreet coordinates AssetMax. The specialist partner named in the engagement letter handles insurance review; policy advice and placement follow the specialist’s applicable licenses and agreements.
Does this happen before the Accounts Payable review?
No. The insurance audit is part of the Full AssetMax Audit after the OpX findings. The initial audit starts with engagement acceptance and twelve months of Accounts Payable reports. Detailed insurance documents are requested later, rather than through the public inquiry form.
How are fees and savings handled?
The SpendVue savings assessment and findings meeting are free. After the free SpendVue assessment and findings meeting, a $5,000 advance is payable only if you sign the Master Services Agreement to proceed with the full AssetMax audit. If you do not proceed, no advance is payable. The $5,000 retainer is repaid to the client first from savings, before 50/50 savings distributions begin. Verified Savings are shared equally for 36 months from implementation of each measure. After that measure’s savings term, you retain 100% of its savings. Full engagement terms apply.
