Institutional properties
Bring clarity to complex buildings, suppliers, and long-term capital decisions.

Start with the operating reality.
Institutional buildings can have complex systems and demanding service requirements. Start with a coordinated review of expenditure and equipment, then assess opportunities against continuity, procurement, and investment constraints.

Questions.
What is the AssetMax Audit?
A two-step review. The AssetMax Specialist Network operating-cost partner first reviews operating expenses using twelve months of Accounts Payable reports. After those findings, the Full AssetMax Audit reviews utilities, building systems and insurance with the specialist audit partners.
What do you need from our team?
To begin: the engagement acceptance and twelve months of Accounts Payable reports. After the SpendVue findings meeting, signed Master Services Agreement and $5,000 advance,: at least 24 months of utility bills, authorizations, insurance records and available building and compliance information.
How long does an audit take?
The engagement letter allows up to three months for the Full AssetMax Audit after the OpX findings. Timing depends on data availability and the agreed scope. Implementation is a separate stage.
How are fees and savings handled?
The SpendVue savings assessment and findings meeting are free. After the free SpendVue assessment and findings meeting, a $5,000 advance is payable only if you sign the Master Services Agreement to proceed with the full AssetMax audit. If you do not proceed, no advance is payable. Verified Savings are shared 50/50 for 36 months from implementation of each measure; afterwards, the client keeps 100% of that measure’s savings. Full engagement terms apply.
Will we have to replace our existing vendors?
The review begins with your existing agreements and operations. Any recommended supplier change or building improvement is evaluated and agreed with you; an inquiry does not authorise changes.
Does an inquiry commit us to an audit?
No. An inquiry starts a conversation about your property and the program. Any audit scope, access requirements, and commercial terms are agreed separately.
