Our unique Value-Add Brokerage Program includes a Green Building Upgrade as integral to the sales or purchase process. Through the lowering of overall operating costs and carbon emissions, we increase building NOI and market valuation while eliminating carbon emission liabilities prior to the sale. We then place the building on the market and sell it at a higher price and with a faster sales cycle.
